despues de unos discos un poco decepcionantes , Dolores O'riordan se decide a sacar disco en solitario y a decir verdad no lo hace tan tan mal . Las canciones suenan como los primeros discos junto a "The Cranberries" , la formación madre y muchas de las canciones emocionan por la cercania de las letras y las melodias .
Tambien es sabido que la voz de Dolores o la amas o la odias , en este caso yo la amo y ya solo por eso el disco gana unos enteros . Una de las mejores canciones del disco es sin duda "Ordinary day" , de la que dejo letra y musica.

grupo este que u odias o amas . Pomposamente colocados ya en el numero 2005 de la revista Rolling Stone como uno de los 5 mejores grupos de la historia y teniendo el honor de ser el grupo que más a vendido en una semana con su album de debut (400.000 copias para ser exactos) , el niño mimado de la MNE acaban de publicar nuevo disco , y pese a que no termino de cogerles el punto si hay canciones que son temazos y ganan con cada escucha. Es el caso de la que coloco a continuación: "Leave before de lights come on" y que gana con cada escucha; como curiosidad añadir que el video esta protagonizado por el actor Paddy Considine (con apariciones en Cinderella Man y El ultimatun de Bourne) y que a mi la verdad no me suena de nada .

probablemente una de las mejores canciones de los 80's y de todos los tiempos , al menos para mi .Una cancion que ha sabido envejecer muy bien (ya quisieran otros grupos) , con un video que para mi es el mejor que hizo Electric Light Orchestra , y una letra que nos anima a perseguir nuestros sueños y no rendirnos nunca.

Alegria de Vivir

eso siento cuando estas cerca de mi , "alegria de vivir" . Con tantos y tantos momentos malos como hemos pasado en nuestras vidas por fin nos hemos encontrado , por fin estamos juntos aqui cerquita el uno del otro . No importa el pasado , tampoco el futuro , solo el presente tiene ahora sentido para mi .
como nos dicen en la asociación: "olvida el pasado , vive el presente y no planifiques el futuro" . por que después de tantas batallas jugadas (unas ganadas y otras perdidas) y de tanta mierda como he tenido encima y sigo teniendo (aunque me quitare lento pero seguro , no te preocupes) , solo quiero mirar hacia delante y que mejor forma de hacerlo que a tu lado .
